Preparing for Pickup (Collection Day)

To ensure your garbage is collected without interruption, please follow these guidelines:

• Set Out Time: Place carts at the curb no later than 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.
• Cart Placement: Position carts with the lid opening toward the street and with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides (away from mailboxes, vehicles, or other obstacles).
• Bagging Trash: All trash should be bagged and placed inside your cart with the lid fully closed to keep cleanup clean. This prevents litter, odor, and animal intrusion.
• Weight Limits: Do not overload carts—maximum weight is typically under 150 lbs to ensure safe and effective lifting by our trucks.
