Preparing for Pickup

To ensure your garbage is collected without interruption, please follow these guidelines:

• Set Out Time: Place carts at the curb no later than 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day. 
• Cart Placement: Position carts with the lid opening toward the street and with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides (away from mailboxes, vehicles, or other obstacles). 
• Bagging Trash: All trash should be bagged and placed inside your cart with the lid fully closed. This prevents litter, odor, and animal intrusion. 
• Weight Limits: Do not overload carts—maximum weight is typically under 150 lbs to ensure safe and effective lifting by our trucks. 

Missed Pickup or Cart Issues?

If your garbage was not picked up or if your cart is damaged, contact our office within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and get your service back on track.
